Ashley is still playing at the top level in the Premier League for Everton at the age of 39 years old which makes him one of the oldest players to play in the Premier League. Tyler Young spent ten years at Arsenal’s academy before being released in 2024. He was a part of the academy when he was just eight years old. After being released from Arsenal’s academy Tyler played in the academy of EFL team Milton Keynes Dons Football Club. After a short stint at MK Dons, Tyler joined the academy of Queens Park Rangers in August 2024. Although Tyler did not make any appearances for the Senior team, he made two appearances in the FA Youth Cup playing a total of 127 minutes. He spent the majority of his time there honing his skills before being released.

After Queens Park Rangers, Tyler joined Peterborough United for a trial period and impressed them which led to him joining their U-21 side.
