Tottenham midfielder a ‘chosen target’ for La Liga club

A recent report by ‘SB Nation‘ citing journalist ‘Matteo Moretto’, embarks that Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur’s midfielder Giovani Lo Celso is a ‘chosen target’ for La Liga’s Real Betis.

Several reports in the English media have already hinted that Spurs’ have a real battle in their hands in order to offload players like Lo Celso and Sergio Reguilon before the window shuts on the deadline day.

Real Betis does look like a feasible option for Giovani Lo Celso at this stage in time as the player has early completed a successful loan spell at the Spanish club. The midfielder is currently in the last year of his contract at Tottenham.

Though nothing is concrete at this stage in terms of Lo Celso’s potential move to Betis as of now, it remains to be seen how Spurs deal with the entire turnover of fringe players before the window closes.
