Tottenham Hotspur prepare for the departure of Bryan Gil and Sergio Reguilon
Bryan Gil and Sergio Reguilon have asked their club Tottenham Hotspur not to include them in a pre-season agenda. Both players are learning the opportunity of departing the London-based side for more playing time.
Following the players’ request, Spurs reportedly have granted the permission and let both Gil and Reguilon to find suitors out there. Gil joined Spurs in the summer of 2021 and has played 43 games so far.
Last season, he only played 11 league games and one FA Cup without scoring a goal. Meanwhile, Reguilon came with a huge expectation since arriving from Real Madrid in 2020.
However, Reguilon spent more time as a loanee than as a regular for Spurs. He has been going back-and-forth to multiple clubs including Atletico Madrid, Manchester United, and Brentford.
