Tottenham Agree €60M Deal for Mathys Tel, Chelsea & Villa Also in Talks

Tottenham and Bayern have reached a verbal agreement for Mathys Tel in a €60M deal. Tel has been informed but hasn’t decided whether to accept Spurs’ offer or opt for a permanent move or loan. Chelsea and Aston Villa are also in talks with Bayern for the young forward.
