Arsenal demolished Sheffield United 6-0 at Bramall Lane in the Premier League on March 4. The result ensures they keep up pace with Liverpool and Manchester City ahead of them.

Sheffield United vs Arsenal Summary

The Gunners made a dominant start to the game and grabbed a vital early goal to set the tone. Skipper Martin Odegaard took up his trademark position on the edge of the box as the ball fell kindly to him. He then slotted it past Ivo Grbic with ease to make it 1-0. The second goal came in the form of an own goal by Jayden Bogle in the 13th minute.

Just two minutes later, Jakub Kiwior and Gabriel Martinelli combined for the third goal. The Brazilian made a good run and calmly put the ball into the net. Kai Havertz then scored the fourth in the 25th minute as Martinelli turned provider, playing the German through with a good pass. Declan Rice rounded off the first-half scoring in the 39th minute to make it 5-0.

The second half saw Arsenal take a subdued approach to the game. However, they still looked eager to push forward when the opportunity came.
