Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos wants to leave club

The Real Madrid midfielder has asked to leave the Spanish capital but are yet to receive any formal offers for the former Arsenal loanee. The 28-year-old midfielder has struggled to secure a regular spot in Real Madrid’s starting lineup as he managed only 27 appearances last season, primarily coming off the bench.

Ceballos has been a fringe player for the European champions since his return to Santiago Bernabeu from his loan spell at Arsenal. He has found it difficult to feature regularly and is expected to find a new club before the transfer window closes.

But no concrete offers have been made for the Spanish international and could remain at the Santiago Bernabeu for the upcoming season.
