RB Salzburg keen on Liverpool midfielder Stefan Bajcetic

Liverpool midfielder Stefan Bajcetic has been linked with a move to RB Salzburg who are managed by former Liverpool assistant boss Pep Lijnders. The 19-year-old midfielder broke into the first-team in the 2022/23 season and was impressive in his debut campaign making 19 appearances.

The Spaniard missed the majority of the previous campaign with an adductor injury limiting him to only three appearances in the 2023/24 season. Bajcetic was also not a part of Arne Slot’s opening two games of the Premier League campaign.

According to reports, RB Salzburg are keen on acquiring the services of the talented Spaniard on loan and Lijnders would be the best man to help Bajcetic get his career back on track.
