Raya Vallecano eyeing a move for Real Madrid outcast

Real Madrid are eager to sanction a departure for forgotten attacking midfielder Reinier Jesus this summer. Back in 2020, Los Blancos paid €30 million to secure the Brazilian’s services but that investment has not paid off after four years.

Reinier spent the last two seasons with Girona and Frosinone but failed to make an impact for either of the sides. Rayo Vallecano are reportedly keen to sign the Brazilian on a season-long loan in the 2024/25 season but they are not ready to cover the full salary of the 22-year-old midfielder.

His contract with Real Madrid expires in the summer of 2026 and the club definitely has no space for him in the senior squad.
