Poland vs Ukraine Match Overview

Poland comfortably beat Ukraine 3-1 in a friendly game on Friday. Sebastian Walukiewicz, Piotr Zieliński and Taras Romanchuk all struck apiece for The Eagles inside the opening 30 minutes of the match before Artem Dovbyk pulled one back for Ukraine just minutes before half-time. It marked a good start to their preparations for the upcoming UEFA Euro 2024, whereas Ukraine remained winless in their warmups, having drawn 0-0 to hosts Germany a few days earlier. Poland take on Turkey on Monday before starting their campaign against the Netherlands the following Sunday, while Ukraine face Moldova in their final warm-up on Tuesday.
