OFFICIAL: Manuel Ugarte secures permanent move to Man United

Manchester United have confirmed the signing of PSG midfielder Manuel Ugarte in a €50m deal with €10m in add-ons. The Uruguayan midfielder traveled on Tuesday to complete his medical and has signed a five-year contract with the Red Devils.

The 23-year-old midfielder had been United’s No.1 midfield target throughout the summer window and the club made a formal move for the Uruguayan after they allowed Scott McTominay to join Napoli in a £25m deal.

Unfortunately, the Uruguayan midfielder won’t be able to make his debut against Liverpool on Sunday as United couldn’t get the paperwork completed before the Friday deadline.
