OFFICIAL: Billy Gilmour seals permanent move to Napoli

Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Billy Gilmour has sanctioned a permanent move to Serie A giants Napoli in a €13m deal with the Seagulls retaining a sell-on percentage. Antonio Conte has now signed two Scottish midfielders Billy Gilmour and Scott McTominay on the deadline day.

The Italian manager worked with Gilmour during their time at Chelsea and the Scotsman will now pen a five-year contract with the Italian giants. The 23-year-old midfielder has been capped 30 times by the Scotland national team and featured in all three games in the European Champions this summer.
