Moussa Diaby and Al Ittihad enter the final stage of negotiation

It is about time for Al Ittihad to announce Moussa Diaby as a new player of theirs. The negotiation process is entering the final stages and the official publication is near. Reports suggested that the Saudi side will purchase a fee of around £46,3 to secure the deal. 

Both Al Ittihad and Aston Villa, Diaby’s current legal employer, are reported to agree regarding the transfer fee. Diaby would join his French compatriot Karim Benzema, who has already been there since the beginning of last season. 

Diaby’s departure is such a loss for Villa as he played an integral part of the club’s positive campaign during the 2023/24 season. One proven milestone was The Villans finally reached the Champions League again after being absent for so many years. (source: Fabrizio Romano)
