Morgan Gibbs-White set to remain at Nottingham Forest amid transfer rumours
Nottingham Forest star Morgan Gibbs-White is now reportedly set to remain at the City Ground, at least for the 2024/25 Premier League season after being linked with multiple moves in the summer transfer window.
Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed that keeping the 24-year-old is “great news” for Forest as he his important to the team.
It was being heavily reported that the Englishman would be sold to comply with FFP regulations, but due to the departures of Orel Mangala and Moussa Niakhate, their concerns have been eased and there is no desire to let their star man leave.
Gibbs-White joined Forest for an enormous fee of £42.5million including add-ons in 2022.
