Mohamed Salah steps up preparations ahead of big clash against Tottenham
With only three games left in the season for Liverpool, the Reds have struggled for form recently and while they have dropped down to third place, they’re not completely out of the title race. It may take a minor miracle for them to lift the Premier League title at the end of the season but if they win all three of their games, it puts the pressure on their opponents. That is easier said than done as Liverpool face Tottenham, Aston Villa and Wolverhampton Wanderers before the season closes.
It has many wondering how the Reds will handle their final three fixtures especially with their forwards struggling to find the net consistently. That includes Mohamed Salah as the Egyptian is on his worst run of form in quite some time. The 31-year-old has only scored thrice since his return from injury, with him contributing to four goals in his last nine league games.

That includes a run of no goals in his last four, a run that also has seen Salah benched twice and spurred a much-talked-about moment last weekend. The Egyptian and Jurgen Klopp were spotted on the touchline, having what looked like a row before Salah walked onto the field. Both parties have opened up on the incident and while Klopp said nothing happened, Salah admitted that if he talked it would be bad.
It saw reports indicate that the forward was potentially unfit to face Spurs over the weekend but Salah took to social media to deny those claims. The Egyptian, in a post on Instagram, showed off his physique and also showed the world his fitness as he was put through strength and conditioning work. Not only that, Salah was also put through the ringer on the training ground to show off just how fit he is.
