Brazil nearly bottled the two-goal lead playing at Kyle Field Stadium, Texas. Andreas Pereira and Gabriel Martinelli brought them to the lead in the 54th minute. That was before Mexico responded late with scoring in the 73rd minute (Julian Quinones) and 90+2 (Guillermo Martinez).
