Manchester United pushing for Monaco’s Vanderson
The Brazilian right-back has emerged as one of the potential replacements for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who is expected to Old Trafford in the coming weeks. Vanderson enjoyed a breakout campaign with Monaco where he bagged three goals in 23 appearances across all competitions. He is being approached by United in case a proposed swap deal between United and Inter for Wan-Bissaka and Dumfries collapses.
Vanderson’s contract with Monaco expires in the summer of 2027 and the French giants are reportedly seeking β¬30 million for the Brazilian defender. Rivals Tottenham Hotspur are also in the race for the 23-year-old defender.
A move for the right-back is deemed costly as the French giants are under no pressure to sell the talented defender.
