Manchester United are reportedly looking to quell interests from Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur to retain Scott McTominay. According to British media outlet Standard, the club don’t want to allow the Scotsman to leave this summer. He has another year left on his contract and manager Erik ten Hag continues to see him as a part of his plan. The 27-year-old was on his way out of the club last year when McTominay was deemed surplus to their requirements but a failure to strike up a deal with West Ham meant he ended up staying put. In the 2023-24 season, the midfielder would enjoy his most productive campaign with the side, cementing his place in the XI.
