Manchester United attempt to sign Barcelona’s De Jong again
The Red Devils are willing to make a deal around €30 to 40 million…
Manchester United have reportedly approached Barcelona yet again for Frenkie de Jong, according to journalist Michael Plant. The Red Devils have been linked with the Dutchman for some time now and seems like they are keen to bring him to Old Trafford this summer. According to Plant, Erik ten Hag’s side are willing to make a deal in the region of £30-£40 million, as they aim to strengthen their midfield. De Jong has also worked under Ten Hag at Ajax, with the pair scripting history during their epic 2018-19 season when De Godenzonen reached the semi-finals of the Champions League. Perhaps, a reunion with the manager could seem tempting for the player.
