Manchester City put Matheus Nunes on the selling list, expecting an ideal offer
With only gaining 28 minutes in total of playing time this season so far, Matheus Nunes sees an exit door from Manchester City. Football Insider wrote that the club is open for any considerable price offer for the Rio-born midfielder.
Nunes has been struggling to cement his place in the first team of Guardiola’s City since coming from Wolverhampton earlier in August. The return of Ilkay Gundogan makes this more complicated for Nunes owing to the aforementioned’s calibre.
City is now learning about the possibility of either putting Nunes on loan or selling him permanently. The same sources reported that the club ask £40 million for those who want to sign the player whose contract is still valid until 2028.
