Man Utd remain keen on Atalanta’s Ederson 

Manchester United are in the market for a new central midfielder with less than two weeks left of the summer transfer window. They have been heavily credited with an interest in PSG’s Manuel Ugarte, but are not ready to meet the £51m asking price for the Uruguayan international.

As of now, United have identified Atalanta midfielder Ederson as an alternative to Ugarte. Ederson has caught the attention of several clubs this summer after a stellar Europa League-winning campaign in the 2023/24 season.

But, the Brazilian midfielder is valued at £51m which is similar to PSG’s asking price of Manuel Ugarte.
