Man City set sights on Orri Oskarsson as Haaland backup
Manchester City have considered a move for FC Copenhagen striker Orri Oskarsson, who recently signed a new contract with his club. City are keen to bolster their attacking line after losing Julian Alvarez to Atletico Madrid this summer.
The 19-year-old striker has emerged as one of the potential attackers in Europe as he started the new season with seven goals in 11 appearances and his release clause is reportedly set at €20m. City are in the market for a backup to Erling Halaand but they are quite happy with their existing crop of players and might not make a move for Oskarsson in the final days of the summer window.
