As per reliable transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, a deal has been reached between Chelsea and Napoli for the signing of Romelu Lukaku. A verbal agreement on the details have been reached between the two sides.

Chelsea have accepted a €30m fixed fee plus add-ons up to €15m which take the total package up to €45m. The Belgian striker will sign a 3 year deal with Napoli, thus reuniting him with Antonio Conte. The pair had great success together at Inter Milan a few seasons back.
