Liverpool tipped to make move for Jarrad Branthwaite

The Reds have been tipped to make a shock move for local rivals Everton’s defender Jarrad Branthwaite, who was one of the standout performers in the Premier League last season. His impressive form for Everton earned him a spot in England’s provisional European Championship squad, but was left out of the final squad.

Branthwaite’s contract with Everton expires in the summer of 2027 and his rise to prominence has not gone unnoticed with Liverpool, Manchester United and Newcastle United all interested in the 22-year-old’s signature.

However, it’s worth mentioning that no credible sources are linking the English defender to Liverpool for this summer. Also, considering Liverpool’s rivalry with Everton, it is unlikely that the Toffees would even agree to discuss such a possibility.
