Liverpool agree permanent move for Fabio Carvalho
The Reds have agreed a permanent move for Fabio Carvalho who spent the second half of last season on loan at Championship side Hull City. He arrived from Fulham in the summer of 2022 in a deal worth £5m and Liverpool have now agreed to sell the attacker on a £27.5m deal to Brentford which also includes a 17.5 per cent sell-on clause.
Fulham are also expected to receive 20% of the profit from Carvalho’s move this summer. The 21-year-old was impressive in Liverpool’s pre-season tour in the United States, scoring in matches against Arsenal and Manchester United.
Carvalho scored nine goals in 20 Championship games for Hull last season.
