Leicester City’s defender decides to stay at the club despite numerous bids: Report
As per football transfer market expert – ‘Fabrizio Romano’, the Premier League club Leicester City’s midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has opted to stay and extend his contract with the English side. This comes amidst the Foxes receiving over 4-5 bids for the experienced campaigner. Romano also inflicted that the details of his new deal is still in the finalization stage.
Early reports have asserted that it’s a three-year deal running till June 2027 (2026-2027 season). It also includes a release clause. The question marks were severely raised over the 27-year-old’s future at the club with little progress made in terms of a deal in the transfer market recently. However, with the Nigerian international putting pen to paper, will certainly calm down the nerves of Leicester supporters.
