Kevin de Bruyne could part ways with Man City this summer

The Belgian midfielder has entered into the final year of his contract with Manchester City and has been heavily linked with a move to Saudi Arabia this summer. The 33-year-old midfielder missed the first half of the 2023/24 season through an injury but still managed to score six goals and 18 assists in all competitions.

The veteran recently admitted that he would be inclined to sanction a move to the Saudi Pro League given the amount of money involved. Man City are yet to table a fresh contract for the six-time Premier League winner who could tempted to make a switch this summer.

According to reports, De Bruyne has a verbal agreement with Saudi Pro League champions Al Ittihad for a potential transfer this summer. The former Chelsea midfielder would bag a lucrative contract like some of the other superstars in the Saudi Pro League.

The former Wolfsburg midfielder is undoubtedly the most decorated player in Belgium’s history.
