Goalkeeper

Christian Walton – 8: Made superb saves on his Premier League debut and made sure his side got all three points today.

Defenders

Dara O’Shea – 7: Helped his side stay in the game and ensured that Marc Cucurella and Joao Felix did not get a lot of space. He was on top of the Chelsea players and pressured them at all chances.

Luke Woolfendes – 7: Won all but one of his duels today and ensured that Nkunku and Jackson did not get any clear-cut chance to score today.

Jacob Greaves – 6.5: Lucky to have not get a yellow for scratching Nkunku but overall, he had a brilliant game.  Never drifted away from his position and stayed back throughout the match.

Leif Davis – 6: He got booked for a scramble with Gusto late in the match, but hardly had anything to do in the game. He was shadowing Madueke and making sure the Chelsea man did not get space to work with.

Midfielders

Sam Morsy – 6: Did not have a lot to do today and was lucky to have got away with two handball incidents in the match.

Jens Cajuste – 6: Taken off after 75 minutes as he was unable to do a lot. He still managed to make things difficult for Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo.

Wes Burns – 7.5: The midfielder was running up and down the right-flank. He won all his ground duels but was unable to get on the ball a lot.

Omari Hutchinson – 8.5: He showed his former side what they were missing today. He made the most of his chance and scored the goal to seal the win.

Nathan Broadhead – 6.5: The left midfielder was up and down the left side and was just trying to help out where needed. Completed just 9 passes in the 77 minutes on the pitch.

Forwards

Liam Delap – 9: Tormanted the Chelsea defenders and had more shots on goal than passes completed today. Scored from the penalty spot and also assisted the second goal of the match.

Goalkeeper

Filip Jorgensen – 7: Harsh to give away the penalty but there was nothing he could do about the second goal.

Defenders

Axel Disasi – 4.5: Cannot be playing more games for Chelsea and it would be a surprise if the defender remains at the club beyond January.

Tosin Adarabiyo – 6: He was doing well but never managed to get close to Delap when needed.

Levi Colwill – 7: Decent performance at the back but should have done better when he was trying to break the lines.

Midfielders

Moises Caicedo – 7.5: Did not do a lot of wrong today but his presence was not as impactful as he did in precious matches.

Enzo Fernandez – 7: Played the whole match and was involved in getting the ball to his attackers quickly. However, he was unable to create a lot of chances.

Cole Palmer – 7.5: He was all over the pitch today and it has once again come to a situation where the Blues are unable to do much if he is marked out of the match.

Christopher Nkunku – 5: He looked like he has checked out of the club and is waiting for the window to open so he can leave.
