Ipswich Town has offered a huge sum for highly-rated Jacob Greaves

The 23-year-old defender has attracted interest from newly-promoted Ipswich Town and Premier League giants Everton and West Ham this summer. The highly-rated defender is one of the highly-coveted defenders in the Championship who can showcase a strong foothold in the top flight.

Jacob Greaves made 43 appearances for the East Yorkshire outfit and has two more years left on his contract with the Championship side. His performances as a central defender earned him Hull City’s Player of the Year award last season.

According to reports, Ipswich tabled a big offer for the talented defender in the north of £15m to fend off interest from Premier League rivals Everton and West Ham United.
