FPL Price Changes – Rises, Falls and Most Transfers In/Out For GW 29

Gameweek 29 of the Fantasy Premier League season will soon be upon us. In that context, it is important to look at how the last GW went. Gameweek 28 threw up several interesting things to take note of. The stars of the show in the previous GW were Marc Cucurella of Chelsea, who had a total of 15 points, Mo Salah for Liverpool who managed a tally of 15 points and Ismaila Sarr of Crystal Palace who managed a tally of 11 points as well. The highlight of this weekend is the game between Chelsea and Arsenal. Both teams aren’t in particularly good form, and look like they are in dire need of some inspiration. It is also important to note that this is a Blank Gameweek with Liverpool, Newcastle, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace all not playing.

Bruno Fernandes (Man Utd) £8.4m

Manchester United can sometimes display a genuine Jekyll and Hyde character. While they have typically been mediocre, they sometimes deliver exceptional performances. In the recent games against Rangers and Fulham, their level of play has noticeably enhanced. This has been led by captain Bruno Fernandes, who has been truly outstanding. Though he presently has 7 goals and 7 assists in the league, these figures do not entirely capture the incredible form he has shown. He has been one of the most in-form players in the league.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka (West Ham) £4.5m

It has been a significant resurgence season for Aaron Wan Bissaka. The verdict was consistently uncertain regarding him throughout his time at Manchester United. His deficiencies in ball skills were highlighted and condemned. However, since joining West Ham in the summer, he has appeared to transform into a rejuvenated player. His offensive contributions have improved as well, and the Englishman has also showcased his exceptional dribbling and supplied an assist against Arsenal recently. He currently has 2 goals and 2 assists to his record so far.

Milos Kerkez (AFC Bournemouth) £5.1m

Milos Kerkez has become a dependable option for Fantasy Premier League defense, which is especially important because of the offensive potential he brings along with his budget-friendly price tag. The Hungarian left back sprints up and down the field during the game, gathering a multitude of Fantasy Premier League points and goal contributions (7). Bournemouth is a capable team, yet their recent league display has shown inconsistency. The Hungarian’s attacking movements and crosses render him a crucial resource for Fantasy Premier League managers and an interesting prospect for top clubs to watch.

Cole Palmer (Chelsea) £11.0m

Cole Palmer has been remarkably successful in the past few seasons. Although some may have considered last season an anomaly because of his 33-goal contributions in the league. He has disproven all of this by scoring 20 already this season. Still, it has been an inconsistent season for him. His last couple of months in the Premier League have not yielded notable results, but there are no signs that another significant Fantasy Premier League score isn’t imminent as an unpredictable Chelsea team vies for a Champions League position.

Lewis Hall (Newcastle) £4.9m

Newcastle have been demonstrating exceptional performances recently after struggling to attain any form of consistency this season. However, Lewis Hall has been showing remarkable performances. He has provided 2 assists in the Premier League so far, and his fundamental statistics seem robust as well. Hall is an exciting all-around player who pushes the play forward and is highly involved in all of the Magpies’ attacking efforts. In the end, his statistics are likely to enhance. The reason he is on this list is due to an injury to his foot that has sidelined him for the remainder of the season.

Dejan Kulusevski (Spurs) £6.2m

It can perhaps be said without a doubt that Dejan Kulusevski has been Tottenham Hotspur’s best player of the season. He has played in multiple roles and sometimes has been the only one in the side who has shown any quality. He has 7 goals and 4 assists. However, he has now picked up an injury. Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou said, “It’s been sore for the last couple of weeks, but he has been able to train and play and still get through it. But it wasn’t getting better, so we did some further investigations, but there’s no real clarity. We’re just waiting on a couple of things to find out the extent of it. But he’s unlikely to be back before the international break. It’s nothing serious; it’s nothing surgical or anything.”
