Evan was born on 19 October 2004 in Bettystown — a village in County Meath, Ireland. He is the youngest child of his parents, Berry and Sarah Ferguson. During his early age, he grew up in Bettystown as a Manchester United fan and picked football at the tender age of 4 due to his passion. Evan has represented the Republic of Ireland at various youth levels since the age of 14. He has played with Under-15, Under-17 and Under-21 group teams before earning his first-ever call-up from the Boys in Green and three later since he first appeared for the Under-15 Ireland team.
