Crystal Palace eyeing a move for Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah
Crystal Palace have identified Chelsea outcast Trevoh Chalobah as their next summer transfer target in case Marc Guehi seeks a permanent departure this season. The England international has been left in limbo since he was left out of Chelsea’s pre-season tour in the United States.
Marc Guehi is currently wanted by both Liverpool and Newcastle United and Palace are now seriously considering a move for Chalobah who is valued at £25m by the West London giants. The 25-year-old defender is a consistent performer in the Premier League and managed to play in 13 of the final 14 league matches last season.
The Eagles are among a host of other Premier League clubs interested in the Chelsea defender along with Aston Villa and Fulham.
