Chelsea winger Joao Felix is set to join AC Milan over loan spell
The Portuguese International Joao Felix will be joining Serie A giants AC Milan on loan after Chelsea accepted an official bid from the Italian club to sign Felix to strengthen their attack as reported by Fabrizio Romano.
He moves to Milan after only six months, having re-joined the Blues for a transfer fee of £46.3m last summer from Atletico Madrid and signed a long-term seven-year contract with the Premier League club. This term, the Portuguese winger has made 20 appearances netting 7 goals and 2 assists in all competitions for the Blues under Enzo Maresca.
The Rossoneri will pay the entire paycheck of the 25-year-old forward in addition to the £5 million loan fee. There’s no permanent buy option in the deal as Felix will soon be heading to complete his medical ahead of the official announcement.
