Chelsea looking to progress in Victor Osimhen transfer ahead of Arsenal

Chelsea are now reportedly looking to ‘progress’ in their hopes to sign Napoli hitman Victor Osimhen this summer. According to CaughtOffside, the Blues are reigniting their interest in Osimhen after failing to sign him last summer.

With just two years left on his current contract in Naples, it will be interesting to see how the Blues proceed with reports suggesting that Romelu Lukaku could be part of a player-plus-cash deal.

“Osimhen, we assume that he will go away,” Di Marzio said via Il Napolista. He added, “At the moment, there is only Arsenal, who are far from the clause. “If he were to leave, and at the moment it is not certain, the very first choice would be [Romelu] Lukaku, the alternative is [Artem] Dovbyk from Girona.”
