Chelsea defender Ben Chilwell has been offered to Manchester United

Manchester United have been reportedly given the opportunity to sign Chelsea defender Ben Chilwell after he was told that he was not a part of Enzo Maresca’s plans in the ongoing season. Chelsea are on a huge summer spending spree and are aiming to trim their squad before the deadline day.

Maresca has stated the England international does not suit his playing style and has been told to find a new club where he would get more first-team opportunities. According to talkSPORT, Man Utd have been offered the chance to sign the 27-year-old defender.

But it remains to be seen if Man Utd will pursue a deal for a left-back who has a disappointing injury record in the past few seasons.
