Brighton 2-1 Manchester United: Player Ratings as Late Pedro strike stuns Red Devils
Manchester United suffered a heartbreaking 2-1 defeat to Brighton on Saturday with a stoppage-time header from Joao Pedro sealing the victory for the Seagulls.
Danny Welbeck gave Brighton the lead in the first half, but Amad Diallo’s deflected strike levelled the score in the second half. Despite United’s efforts to find a winner, Pedro’s late goal handed Brighton all three points and condemned Erik ten Hag’s men to their first defeat of the season.
