Brighton Vs Liverpool Player Ratings: The Reds beats Seagulls in a thrilling Leagues Cup Encounter

Arne Slot led Liverpool to progress into the next round of the EFL Carabao Cup, following an exhilarating 3-2 triumph against their Premier League rivals Brighton in the Round of 16 clash of the domestic competition at Amex Stadium.

For Liverpool, Cody Gakpo’s two goals and Luis Diaz’s solo efforts together recorded three goals on the scoresheet for the guests, while Simon Adingra and Tariq Lamptey were two goal scorers for the hosts.
