Brentford vs Liverpool Player Ratings as Mohamed Salah shines on return from injury, Nunez and Gakpo Impress
Liverpool beat Brentford 4-1 in their Premier League clash at the Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday, February 17. The Bees created multiple opportunities but were beaten by a Liverpool counter-attack which saw Darwin Nunez score in the 35th minute.
Alexis Mac Allister (55’) and Mohamed Salah (68’) made it 3-0 before Ivan Toney (75’) got one back for Brentford. Cody Gakpo then completed the scoring in the 86th minute.
The Reds maintained their lead at the top of the Premier League table while Brentford edged closer to the relegation zone.
