Manchester United have reportedly held discussions with Chelsea outcast Raheem Sterling over a possible move in the final days of the summer window. Sterling has been banished from the first-team squad after he was deemed a surplus to Enzo Maresca’s requirements in the ongoing campaign.

The report suggests a deal for Raheem Sterling would see Jadon Sancho heading to Stamford Bridge as Chelsea are keen on signing the former Borussia Dortmund attacker. This will give United an opportunity to sign Sterling without any transfer fee and could pocket some extra cash in the swap deal.
