Lauren– 6.5/10: The 21-year-old struggled in phases. The occasion looked like it unnerved her at times

Tarciane– 7/10: Also 21 like Lauren. Much more composed outing for her. Good in duels both aerially and on the ground

Midfielders

Adriana Leal– 7/10: Was very good at progressing the ball. Her passing was risky and nearly all her passes were toward the final third

Yaya– 5/10: The 22-year-old struggled and managed to complete only 8 passes in 50 minutes before being substituted

Duda Sampaio– 8/10: She was everywhere and was Brazil’s best player by far. Blocked shots in her half and created a big chance for her teammates too

Yasmim Ribeiro– 6/10: Kept it tidy both ways but nothing major to say about her performance

Forwards

Gabi Portilho– 7/10: Good effort from her. Created 3 chances and took 2 shots but failed to affect the scoreline

Ludmila da Silva– 5/10: The Atlético Madrid player was bright but also guilty of missing two big chances for her side

Jhennifer– 4/10: Very poor outing from her. Completely ineffective before being substituted at the hour mark

Korbin Albert– 9/10: The PSG midfielder had a fantastic game. Her passing and defending were both excellent and she even got an assist

Samantha Coffey– 7.5/10: Contributed well in attack. Solid effort from the 25-year-old

Lindsey Horan– 7.5/10: The Lyon midfielder took a lot of responsibility in attack and was involved in a few dangerous sequences

Forwards

Sophia Smith– 6/10: A silent outing by her standards. Kept trying things before being taken off.

Mallory Swanson– 9/10: Scored the goal that won the US the game. She had missed a big chance before but made amends

Trinity Rodman– 8.5/10: Never stopped working. Completed the most dribbles and won the most duels
