Barcelona plotting a new offer for Dani Olmo

The Catalan giants are pushing hard to sign their former La Masia product Dani Olmo from RB Leipzig this summer. The German club has rejected Barcelona’s initial bid of €40 million plus €20 million in variables for the 26-year-old attacker.

Barcelona are keen to add the playmaker who was exceptional in the Euro 2024 with Spain this summer. Olmo has a release clause set at €60 million and is keen on exploring options beyond the Spanish giants.

Convincing RB Leipzig at a lesser valuation will be a problem for Barcelona but they are now preparing to make a new bid as we enter the final month of the summer transfer window.
