Atletico Madrid reject Chelsea’s £42m bid for Samu Omorodion

According to a report by The Sun, Samu Omorodion is subject to transfer interest from Premier League side Chelsea. The Blues have submitted their second bid for the player, this time worth £42 million.

However, the Colchoneros have turned the offer down as they want to recoup around £70 million if they are to sell the Spanish attacking talent in this summer’s transfer window.

Despite his talent, the price-tag kept for Omorodion is definitely eye-watering and it remains to be seen if Chelsea do break the bank for the 20-year-old Spanish attacking sensation.
