Atalanta reject Manchester United’s approach for Ederson

Manchester United had reportedly tabled an opening offer worth €50m for Atlalanta midfielder Ederson, which was immediately turned down by the Serie A giants. It was reported that United held a meeting with the club’s executives and put forward an offer for the Brazil international.

The South American midfielder has been identified as one of the priority targets if United fail to land Manuel Ugarte from PSG this summer. However, Atalanta are not ready to part ways with the Brazilian midfielder in the final days of the summer window.
