Ollie Watkins has struggled for consistency this season with Aston Villa. He’s scored five goals and provided three assists in 15 games across competitions but they have come in patches.

In fact, Watkins has scored just one goal in his last eight appearances for Villa. He hasn’t scored in his last five appearances for the club. He did, however, score for England in their 3-0 win over Greece during the international break.

Jean-Philippe Mateta

Just like Ollie Watkins, Jean-Philippe Mateta has also scored five goals this season, along with providing one assist in 14 games across competitions. He was in stellar form under Oliver Glasner last season but just like Crystal Palace, he’s struggled as well.
