Arsenal reject third Marseille bid for Eddie Nketiah
This is according to transfer pundit Fabrizio Romano who confirmed that the Gunners have rejected Marseille’s third bid for wantaway striker Eddie Nketiah. Despite Nketiah approving the move to Ligue 1, Marseille are yet to match Arsenal’s £30million valuation for the 25-year-old.
The Gunners are keen to offload the Arsenal academy graduate this summer as they seek funds to support their own targets in this transfer window. Marseille reportedly made a £23m for Nketiah and are refusing to go higher than that valuation.
Arsenal believes £30m is a fair value for a striker who has both Champions League and Premier League experience under his belt.
