Al Ittihad tempt Antonio Rudiger with bumper salary

Saudi Pro League giants Al Ittihad have reportedly offered Real Madrid centre-back Antonio Rudiger a humongous salary to lure him to the Middle East this summer. Al Ittihad are willing to offer the German defender a package in the region of €12-13 million per season.

The former Chelsea defender has developed into an integral piece in Carlo Ancelotti’s setup, winning the Champions League and La Liga last season. Rudiger only has two years left on his contract and helped Los Blancos maintain 22 clean sheets last season.

The 31-year-old defender has shown no indications to relocate to the Middle East and is expected to prolong his stay at Santiago Bernabeu.
