Chelsea starlet Harvey Vale has agreed on a deal with Al Ettifaq

Saudi Pro League giants Al Ettifaq are reportedly in talks over a permanent deal for Chelsea academy graduate Harvey Vale who got a few first-team minutes under his belt under former manager Thomas Tuchel.

Chelsea are keen to offload the academy stars as they will receive any money from the proposed sale as pure profit in their books. Vale spent last season on loan at Bristol Rovers and made 39 appearances in League One. The 20-year-old attacking midfielder has less than 12 months remaining on his Chelsea contract.

Making a move to Saudi Arabia will give Vale the opportunity to work with Steven Gerrard but the youngster might not be ready to leave European football at such a nascent stage of his professional career.
