Wolfsburg 2-3 Bayern Munich: Player ratings as Serge Gnabry nets late winner to hand Vincent Kompany winning start

Bayern Munich came from behind to beat Wolfsburg 3-2 in their opening game of the 2024-25 Bundesliga campaign. Jamal Musiala had put the Bavarians in front after 19 minutes but Lovro Majer equalized for the hosts from the penalty spot shortly after the break. He then made it 2-1 following a defensive error from Kim Min-jae, but an own goal from Jakub Kaminski brought the visitors level, in the 65th minute. Gnabry then popped up with a late winner for Vincent Kompany’s side, as their began their bid to reclaim the league title on a winning note. Here are the player ratings for both sides:
