Arsenal reach agreement with third summer signing

The Gunners have reportedly agreed on a move for 23-year-old Spanish goalkeeper Joan Garcia, who has been identified as the priority target if Aaron Ramsdale heads for the exit door in the final days of the summer window.

Garcia has agreed on personal terms with the North London giants, but no official bid has been made by the Premier League giants. The young goalkeeper was a part of Spain’s squad that won the Olympics in Paris.

The Spaniard has four years left on his contract with Espanyol, who are commanding a £25m fee for the 23-year-old ace.
