Arsenal reject Marseille approach for Eddie Nketiah

Arsenal are in the final stage of the pre-season as they prepare for the upcoming Premier League season where they will be expected to challenge Manchester City for the title. While attack remains a worry with a lack of backup options, the Gunners are expected to be in the market for a reliable source. However, despite this, they have still retained faith in Eddie Nketiah. It is reported that they have turned down a $30 million offer for the striker who plays as back-up to Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal rejected a deal for Nketiah from Marseille who were looking at him as a first-choice option. However, the negotiations have not started with Arsenal as they for now have shrugged off the early approach.
