Bournemouth complete signing of Dean Huijsen from Juventus

AFC Bournemouth have concluded a deal with Juventus to sign Dean Huijsen on a permanent transfer, Fabrizio Romano has confirmed. The Cherries have paid 15 million euros for Huijsen with 3 million euros in sell-on clause.

Huijsen, 19, is a Netherlands-born Spain citizen. He has been a part of Juventus’ youth set-up and also played for AS Roma in Italian football. Huijsen, though, is now set to start a new chapter in his career with the Cherries.

Huijsen has also played for Netherlands’ youth sides as well as Spain’s under-21 team during his career. However, he found it hard to make a room in Juve’s first XI and made only one appearance for the Old Lady’s first team. Huijsen is now in the Premier League as he looks to make a name for himself in English football.
